The agent assumes full responsibility in the 2 mins to confirm they can quote in the state the prospect resides in, the prospect has an active checking or savings account, and is in the age category where they qualify for a quote and a policy. Please ensure to take the training on the value of the first two minutes to qualify a prospect for a competitive quote. Once that call passes that buffer there are no credits afforded. That means in the first two minutes we have established that if even a call drops for some reason, we are able to make a call back to the prospect via the CRM or the office phone. Insurance agents understand that each call we sell is being monitored to ensure quality, compliance and that we are all following the program well, meaning we don't use the first two minutes to find only the low hanging fruit.
